Employment Endeavors, LLC offers a full-range of employment and independent living skills services serving individuals who are Deaf, DeafBlind, Blind, Low Vision, Hard-of-Hearing, and Newly Arrived Immigrants. EELLC have staff that are fluent in American Sign Language and are able to provide direct services to individuals who communicate in American Sign Language or who sign tactically.

Employment Endeavors, LLC has operating agreements in place with Minnesota Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Minnesota State Services for the Blind, and Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and is CARF Accredited. Employment Endeavors provides services throughout the state of Minnesota and Wisconsin and is able to travel to other states. Employment Endeavors, LLC works closely with the referring agency and the customer to ensure efficient and effective services for all parties involved.

Individuals who have a criminal background or history of incarceration are eligible to receive services.
