EE has a mascot! As part of the Independent Living Skills curriculum at the Transition Hub, EE welcomes a hub pug. Dawn Cardarelle has several pugs and a french bulldog, and they will be rotating weeks. The goal is to teach students the responsibilities associated with owning and caring for a dog. This week we welcome Gigi the French Bulldog (Still the Hub Pug despite her breed). Behold the cuteness:

  • 9/22/11 11:33 PM      Business After Hours
     Presented by Employment Endeavors

Wow. A big thank you to everyone who came out to the Business After Hours Expo at the Progress Center in the State Fair Grounds. EE was honored to sponsor such a terrific event. For those of you that missed it, EE was well represented with several employees, contractors, and friends stopping by to help out. Our DeafBlind Specialist, Steve Oglesbee, did a presentation on his Braille teaching method and typed out people's names in Braille. Additionally, we brought some of its past customers so that attendees could get a first hand account of what it's like to receive services from Employment Endeavors, LLC. Be on the lookout, photos coming soon!
