Contractor Basis Only

Please Note: All contractors must provide monthly detailed reports of their contracted activities and have independent access to a computer and phone.

  • SSP (Support Service Person) Works closely with a DeafBlind individual by providing environmental information and assistance. Must be able to facilitate brief, informal communication. Sign language proficiency is required.
  • Placement Assisting individuals by filling out and submitting on-line or paper applications, creating resumes, cover letters, and contacting employers. Computer skills are required.
  • Job Coaching (OCS) Assist with on-the-job training after an individual has been hired on with an employer. Ensure that the customer is integrated on the job and that all identified accommodations have been met and are in place. Highly developed interpersonal and problem skills are a must.
